This course is designed to introduce the basic concepts
and skills utilized in horticulture. Basic botanical concepts such as morphology,
anatomy, taxonomy, physiology, genetics, and propagation as they apply to horticulture.
(The science of horticulture and nursery
plant production, greenhouse operation and management, landscape design, and
turf management).
