This course is designed to provide students with
an understanding of the principle s, foundation and techniques in operations
management in tourism and hospitality. Topics include operations strategy,
designing and operating productive systems and quality management. In addition,
it focuses more on managerial aspect of operations in different establishment
in tourism and hospitality
